A business card is more than just a piece of card with your details on. It’s a first ~and lasting~ impression of you and your business.
While it’s important for your cards to contain your contact information such as name, email, phone number etc. it can be difficult to get the right balance between good design and missing out crucial data you might want people to know. Should you included information such as your Facebook, Twitter and Instagram handle, Skype name, mobile, landline, fax, full address.. where do you draw the line??
The answer will depend greatly on your line of business – if you are an online only company then social media handles may have a higher importance than your physical address for example. We decided that it was time to give our business cards an overhaul and redesign them to match our new website template, cut back on some of the information contained on them and give a better lasting impression.
Matt lamination is the most popular finish for business cards and gives your card an impressive look and a smooth feel, but we opted for additional Spot UV Lamination for a more premium finish. The cards pictured are printed double sided on 400gsm card.
Whether you have your own artwork ready or if you’d like some guidance or help setting up then get in touch with us and we can help you all the way from design to completion.
Hopefully your new business cards will leave a longer lasting impression than just a handshake!
